Product Description

Wedge wire screen panels have smooth surface and small slot sizes, which can ensure the accurate efficiency. Additional, the stainless steel material is corrosion, rust, chemical resistance, which can make wedge wire screen panels durable and long lifespan.
Wedge wire screen panels, also called wedge wire flat screens, wedge wire panels, are manufactured with stainless steel surface profiles and support profiles. The surface profile are welded onto support profiles at each intersection in a 90 degree.
Wedge wire screen panels are composed of surface profile and support profile. The surface profile is commonly triangle wire, and the support profile can be triangle wire, wedge wire, round bar and rectangular bar. They can suit different machines and can be used in various applications.

We offer wedge wire screen panels with 5 different types of support rods: triangular (V-shaped, wedge), square wire, round rod, flat bar, and water-drop.
