Work Principle of The Automatic Backwashing Pressure Arc Sieve During The Starch Processing

Automatic Backwashing Pressure Arc Sieve is high efficiency sieve working under the pressure, is an popular fiber washing and separation equipment in starch production.

During the starch prorduction , it is mainly used for multistage counter-current washing process that can effectively improve the high starch yield rate and the starch quality.

It is composed of screen surface, sieve box, feeding device, discharging port, automatic backwashing device etc., made of high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials,it is an ideal new high quality sieving and separating equipment for wet materials.

One main key part of Pressure Arc Sieve is the screen surface (DSM Screen ),  welded by stainless steel 316L V-shaped profile wedge wire and support wedge wire 

During the operating , the wet material is sprayed from the nozzle mouth under 0.2-0.4Mpa pressure with the high feeding speed , the surface wedge wire is Tilted Angle to form a knife edge in order to make the wet material into thin and fine , so that the water and fine materials are separated easily , and the screen surface also can be self-cleaned. 

The material on the screen is discharged from the slag outlet, and the material under the screen enters the pulp outlet.

The other key part of Pressure Arc Sieve is "Automatic Backwashing Device "  ,we will install the Controller Cabinet of  Automatic Backwashing Device , it can be controlled remotely by DCS system in the control room , or controlled on site, the backwashing time and quantity can be adjusted in time.

It will help the Starch Factories save the big labour cost , that is the reason why such new equipments are so popular in the Starch Industry .
