Centrifuge Screen for Screen Scroll

Centrifuge Screen serves as the core component of screen scroll centrifuges.It's precise opening, welded construction, metal materials and shape keeping.  It enables solid-liquid separation or centrifugal dewatering for suspensions with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 9 mm and concentrations of 10 to 75% w/w. The centrifuge Screen can be optionally equipped with washing functionality. This system is extensively utilized in chemical production, food processing, salt production, alkali manufacturing, and other industries for solid-liquid separation and dewatering of suspensions.

Due to the complexity of the separation tasks involved, screen scroll centrifuges can be bucket- or cone-shaped; a central component of this filtering centrifuge screen is the sieve element. Machines are configurable with cone angles ranging 0°–20°, selected according to separation requirements.

According to user requirements, product contact parts can be manufactured from:

304, 316L, 2205, 2507, 904L, TA2, 

Hastelloy, titanium alloy and other various metal materials.
