Product Description

TSM Series Scanning Self-cleaning Filter efficienct backwash system ensures that the equipment can maintain stable operation when processing high-turbidity raw water without shutting down for cleaning, greatly improving filtration efficiency and system reliability. This filter provides an efficient and reliable solution for a wide range of fine filtration needs.

Work Principle

First, the water enters the inside of the filter from the filter inlet, passes through the filter, flows out from the outlet, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter. With the gradual accumulation of dirt and impurities in the filter screen, the filter inlet and outlet pressure difference rises to the preset value (usually 50Kpa) or reaches the preset cleaning time pressure difference, the control system starts the self-cleaning procedure, and the water supply is not cut off during the self-cleaning process.

When the back-flushing valve and the auxiliary back-flushing pump are activated, the gear motor simultaneously drives the reciprocating scanner with precision. The dual-channel back-flushing tube moves smoothly along a helical trajectory, utilizing high-efficiency suction nozzles to progressively clean the interior of the filter screen. With the back-flushing valve open, a significant pressure differential is generated at the filter screen areas in contact with the suction nozzles, causing the externally filtered clean liquid to reverse flow at high speed, penetrate the filter screen structure, and be injected into the suction nozzles. This reverse flow effectively flushes away accumulated impurities, particles, and contaminants from the inner surface of the filter screen, thereby significantly restoring its permeability and filtration capacity. Throughout the cleaning process, the suction nozzles scan precisely along a predefined path, ensuring thorough cleaning of all filter screen areas. Once the suction nozzles have completed a full-coverage scan and flushing of the filter screen, a complete back-flushing cycle is concluded, restoring the system to its optimal filtration state.

Multi-Layer Stainless Steel Screen

The liquid flows from inside to outside and passes the protection layer, filtration layer, distribution layer and the reinforcing layer. Four layers are optimized and laminated. The protection and distribution layers are designed with large mesh, and the filter layer is rarely blocked.

Suction Nozzle
