Product Description

TWK Series PA/PE Micropore filter is a new type of precision filtration equipment, the filter is mainly made of polymer materials sintered polyethylene PA/PE Micropore filter as a filter medium, it can filter liquid, gas particles and bacteria above 0.1μm, high filtration accuracy, fast transition speed, renewable filter element, long service life.These PE/PA microporous filters are an essential part for fine chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries requiring batch production with high demands of dry filter cakes.

Work Principle

The liquid passes through the screen from outside to inside, the impurities are intercepted outside, and the filter cake layer accumulates gradually outside the screen. Before the filter cake layer is formed, the discharged filtrate is returned to the inlet and sent to the filter for circulating filtration until the filter cake layer is formed (can meet the filtration requirements), providing a signal to control the clear liquid no longer circulating, and the clean clear liquid is discharged from the outlet to the next process for normal filtration.

After a period of normal filtration, when the filter cake layer reaches a certain thickness, close the feed port, drain the residual liquid in the filter, open the back mouthpiece (compressed air, nitrogen or saturated steam) for backblowing after draining, so that the filter cake falls off. After a certain period of backblowing, stop the backblowing, provide a signal to open the filter slag discharge port for slag discharge, and close the slag discharge port after the slag discharge is finished. Return to the initial state before filtering and prepare for the next round of filtering.

Pneumatic / hydraulic system is adopted for quick opening and closing, enabling the cleaning and maintenance easier and faster;
The corrosion-resistant lining makes the PE/PA microporous filter suitable for handling acidic materials;
