Wedge Wire Cylinder

Wedge wire cylinder also called cylinder Rotary drum screen / Reinforced wedge wire cylinder Rotary drum screen , it is made of stainless steel V shaped wires and support rods,the support rods and each intersection of wedge wire is welded for extra strength and durability .

Wedge wire cylinder is used to mechanically separate liquids from solid particles, it can be produced to suit the needs of each individual site and the nature of the suspended solids. As the wedge wire rotary drum screen is working under high pressure when separation and filtration, so there is reinforced rods on the structure. The reinforcement ways are reinforcement rod type & frame type, it is easy for installation.

• Materials: Stainless steel 304/316/316L, S32205 / S32750, Hastelloy, Titanium alloy, etc.

• Support profile: Triangular (V-shaped, wedge), square, round rod, flat bar, water drop

• Slot size: 0.02 mm – 10mm, or customized sizes

• Cylinder diameter: 100 mm – 1,200 mm or customized sizes

• Length: Up to 4.5m or customized sizes
