A The Self-Cleaning Strainer is a high-efficiency filtration device that automatically removes impurities from the filter screen via pressure differential or timer-activated cleaning mechanisms. It is widely applied in industrial water treatment, petrochemical, and food and beverage industries, and is particularly suited for scenarios involving high contaminant loads or corrosive media.

A Wedge Screen is mainly made of stainless steel (304/316L), Hazelloy, titanium alloy and polypropylene (PP/PVDF) and other materials, its all-welded structure ensures high stability, V-shaped wedge wire design combined with material characteristics, to achieve anti-blockage, self-cleaning and health safety. A The self-cleaning filter uses a ​pressure sensor or ​timer to trigger cleaning.  It monitors screen pressure during filtration, and ​when thresholds are exceeded, activates ​backwash, brushing, or ultrasound modes.  Using reverse flow, rotating brushes, or sound waves, it removes contaminants ​without downtime (5-60 seconds).  This boosts reliability and efficiency for industrial, municipal, and specialized water systems.

A The Wedge wire Screen is a precision filtration device based on the V-shaped wedge wire wound and support rod welded structure for efficient solid-liquid/gas separation. The design of the V-shaped structure is narrow outside and wide inside to reduce the particle stuck, and has the characteristics of anti-clogging and self-cleaning (impurities are easy to fall off when backwashing). Widely used in petrochemical, water treatment, food medicine and other fields, is a variety of filter components.
